A public presence for practical transformation
A grounded platform for responsible global change.
Renfro Foundation International LLC brings a disciplined, Arizona-based institutional home to mission-driven work, cross-cultural collaboration, and long-horizon change leadership, guided by the founder's service as a 100% Disabled Combat Veteran.
Donations and project support
Support comes first because the work resumes through practical, accountable use.
RFI welcomes support conversations while maintaining clear public language around its for-profit registration. Unless a specific project states otherwise, support should not be treated as a tax-deductible charitable gift.
Support will be directed toward RFI's largest initiative: Rural Pakistan Training and UAE employment, which is set to resume following the present Middle East conflict, subject to conditions being set today and the practical availability of personnel, licensing, finance, and lawful visa pathways.
Revenue commitment: 1% of all revenue is committed to combating climate change.
Official regional recovery support
Palestine, Lebanon, and Syrian Relief belongs in the main support stream.
RFI maintains a dedicated page for relief awareness and support across Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria, with direct support options available.

Muzzy Brand Mina Dolls VIP monthly sponsorship panel

Founder perspective shaped by combat service, scholarship, laboratory problem-solving, command psychology, family sacrifice, and regional work.
Founder profile
Dr. Robert Steven Renfro II, PhD, Colonel (Retired), US Air Force, Afghan Hand (2009–2017), Founder, President, and CEO
Dr. Rob lives with his family in Tucson, Arizona, where his post-retirement path joins public service, clinical psychology, art, veterans' advocacy, and international relationship-building. He is a Gold Star Father, a 100% Disabled Combat Veteran, and a combat-wounded poet whose poem Roses anchors part of his public story in the human cost of service.
He served as a U.S. Air Force Colonel from 1994 to 2019, including work as a Strategy and Tactics Officer and Advanced Air Advisor across North Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia, with combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. His career includes service as an Afghan Hand, Chief of Pakistan Counterterrorism, Chief of Afghanistan-Pakistan Current Plans at U.S. Central Command, and Deputy Chief of Future Operations for ISAF-Afghanistan and Resolute Support.
His PhD is in Operations Research, with dissertation work on social network analysis and non-cooperative psychometrics involving case studies of Al Qaeda and Iran. After military retirement, he continued regional advisory and teaching work with the Saudi and UAE Defense Ministries from 2020 to 2025, including his latest teaching position as Professor of Command Psychology in the UAE, extending a career defined by disciplined analysis, cross-cultural negotiation, and operational problem-solving.
A Bronze Star Medal and U.S. Army Combat Action Badge recipient, Professor of Command Psychology in the UAE, Malone Fellow of the National Council on U.S.-Arab Relations, six-language speaker, and former NCUSAR Regional Executive Director, Dr. Rob brings RFI a practical blend of scholarship, diplomacy, planning, and lived field credibility.
His civic and creative life broadens that foundation. He is the Arizona 3rd Congressional District representative to the Pima County and Tucson Public Art Panel, a Team USA fencer on a foil and epee parafencing pathway, a former German minor league hockey player, former Secretary General of the Virginia State Taekwondo Association, former NCAA rifle shooter, and an artist whose public work keeps policy, culture, grief, resilience, and service in conversation.

Regional learning and conflict awareness
Aleppo is included as a sober higher-education and conflict-awareness reference point.
In 1993, Dr. Rob studied Arabic, Islamic History, Arab Anthropology, and Archeology at the University of Aleppo, giving this Syria-facing relief page a personal educational context while avoiding any present-day affiliation claim.
